A Day of Deep Co-Creation
We hold deep gratitude for the wonderful day following the thread of the Transition Assembly, held on April, 4th at the beautiful Petit Pessicart Garden (Nice, France).
A special thank you to Fanny Hennion for such a beautifully synchronous co-facilitation, and to the entire group -as well as the land itself- for the depth of the work achieved. We are thrilled to offer here the synthesis of this magnificent co-creation.

The Essence
Life is now experienced as an immensity to explore. It is that primordial ocean into which our little drop of being comes to merge once again. It is a great rewilding; a sacred interweaving of planes of existence, of kingdoms, of hearts, and of communities. This profound rebirth has led us to the ultimate symbiosis: cohabiting, vibrating as one Humanity, incarnated on one Earth.
Governance & Leadership
Leadership is lived as a great exploration. If there are sometimes obstacles, they are transcended by an unquenchable thirst to live and think differently, in order to sculpt an ecosystem that reflects who we are.
Governance and leadership now embrace deep time. They make room for surprise and honor patience, allowing time to infuse between intention, action, and result. Profoundly inclusive, they rely on a new culture that honors processes and grants them absolute trust. Decision-making chains, within organizations and nations alike, value passion, vitality, competence, and integrity—from the top of a ministry to the bedside of a patient or the heart of a classroom. It is the triumph of circular leadership: decision-making has become the fruit of true collective intelligence.
Health, Care & Relation
Respect for oneself and respect for others have immensely gained in intensity; they are cherished as the two inseparable sides of the same coin. Within communities, love has finally freed itself from the traps of the collective unconscious and transgenerational burdens.
Psychology, having become a transversal discipline in all life paths, acts as the precious oil that softens and nourishes human bonds. Every relationship now strives toward joy, pleasure, meaning, deep listening, and unconditional acceptance.
Metaphysics & Spirituality
Our spiritual landscapes take shape around an intimate reconnection to the Living, bathed in the Love of the Earth. Humanity gracefully surrenders to the inner guidance of the Great Whole, to the sovereign principle of Intuition, to the superconscious.
The living face of Nature is finally recognized. Life is a source of perpetual wonder, where flowers whisper through their mere radiance, with the same clarity as a mouth pronouncing words.
Philo-Sophia & Education
A noble discretion helps reveal inner potential, one's own as well as that of others. An economy of words frees up infinite space for mutual support and true listening. An essential bond remains, whatever paths we choose, so that we never cease to learn from one another.
Education's vocation is to nurture this mutual support in order to navigate life, dancing with the tides of existence. Forest schools and open-air classrooms, for all ages, have brought back freshness, the thrill of discovery, and bursts of laughter. Wonder has become the central Flame of all learning. Intimacy with the land, the other kingdoms, and the planet is today a fundamental right and competence to which every child on Earth naturally has access.
Landscapes & Food
Habitat has transformed into co-habitat: diversity expresses itself there, from architectural forms to the surrounding living world. Its footprints are beauty, sharing, taste, and color. The landscapes vibrate with the clear song of birds, the flight of bees foraging white flowers, revealing the infinite nuances of nature's fragrances. It is the intoxicating scent of jasmine; it is the joyful humming of Spring.
Humanity has relearned to leave room for the wild, for a generous nature offers everyone what is necessary. Land art, eco-construction, and food forests advance hand in hand, bearing witness to Humanity's harmonious reintegration within the biosphere. Forests provide their benevolent shade, soothing temperatures and regulating water cycles, to allow a flourishing interweaving of all kingdoms.
Economy & Resources
These are now the pure expression of circularity. Since water is Life, the economy has become fluid; it irrigates every part of the world according to its real needs. Co-development and mutual stimulation have joyfully replaced competition.
Like breath and respiration, abundance has given life to powerful regenerative projects. Today, it flows freely, ensuring the blossoming of ideas and collectives. Work is no longer toil; it designates a specific color of humanity, the unique service rendered by an individual or a collective for the radiant blossoming of the Great Whole.
Science, Energy & Technology
Science has metamorphosed into a source of inspiration for ecologically sensible, simple lifestyles in perfect harmony with Nature. Buildings, from their conception to their concrete realization, now possess a Soul.
By honoring the beauty of design, technology has acquired a strength and durability that truly support and prolong the living world. It is the dawn of organic technologies. High-speed trains connect continents and bring humans closer together, while the Sun, peacefully, powers this new world.
