Help bring the gathering to life.

We’re actively looking for Festival Angels — volunteers who help support the rhythm, flow, and atmosphere of the gathering.

This is a chance to actively contribute to creating a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone involved and experience the Convergence from within.

Roles

Guest Experience & Flow

Help welcome participants and support the unfolding of the Convergence by:

  • Receiving guests on arrival

  • Helping people orient themselves throughout the site

  • Supporting smooth transitions between spaces and sessions

  • Helping maintain the overall flow of the gathering

10-12am

Kitchen Support

Help nourish the gathering by supporting the kitchen team with food preparation and service.

You’ll help with:

  • Basic food preparation

  • Serving meals

  • Supporting kitchen organisation

No previous kitchen experience is needed; the chefs will guide the process and clearly explain what needs to be done.

What volunteers receive

In exchange for your contribution, Festival Angels receive:
